THE CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU - SOUTH AFRICA Every day we see and hear from many people complaining about the way they were treated by some business or suppliers if anything should go wrong with their debtors account or if they should fall in arrears with payments. What I haven’t seen though, is any mechanism or facilitation to deal with suppliers or businesses that default on what they expected to deliver! The main purpose of this forum is to function as the link between a specific consumer and a defaulting organisation or supplier and to ensure organisations honour their commitments and obligations.
